Frequently Asked Questions

Each plan includes a set number of babysitting hours per month plus exclusive benefits such as priority booking, rollover hours, and discounted extra hours. You pay a fixed monthly fee, and you can use your hours anytime within the month (or within the rollover period, depending on your plan).

Seed Plan: No rollover.

Sprout Plan: Up to 4 unused hours roll over for 60 days.

Bloom Plan: Unlimited rollover for up to 3 months.

You can buy additional hours at a discounted subscriber rate. 

Overnight care is not included. However, your subscription covers weekday and weekend care 

No. All subscription plans include zero admin fees, zero matching fees, and direct priority access to our sitter network.

Yes. Sprout and Bloom plans allow you to select from your Preferred Sitters list, giving your child consistency and comfort.

We send over an introductory video for you to see the babysitter and if you need to have a quick chat, just let us know. This service is for Bloom subscribers only. 

We provide babysitting services for children from birth to 12 years old, including newborn and special‑needs support (depending on sitter availability).

Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Yes. All sitters go through:

  • Enhanced DBS check

  • Reference checks

  • Interview & personality screening

  • Training on safeguarding, professionalism, and agency policies

Absolutely. You can change your plan at the end of each billing cycle.
