Flats typically have no stairs, a smaller overall footprint, and usually fewer bathrooms. A 3-bed flat is a meaningfully different job to a 3-bed house, so we price them differently — fairly.

Yes — bungalows are priced between our flat and house rates. Because bungalows are single storey with no stairs, they take slightly less time than an equivalent house, but the larger spread-out floor plan means they cost a little more than a flat of the same size. Yes — our base price includes one bathroom. Each additional full bathroom adds £10 to a weekly clean, £20 to a Home Reset, and £30 to an end of tenancy clean. En-suites and separate WCs are charged separately at a lower rate.

Living rooms, dining rooms, playrooms, and home offices. Not bedrooms or the kitchen — those are included in the base price.

No. Many of our clients give us a key or leave a code. All key handling is secure, logged, and covered by our insurance.

A regular weekly clean maintains your home week to week. A Home Reset is a deeper, more thorough clean — we go inside the microwave, behind appliances, change beds, and clean areas a regular clean doesn't reach.

A one-off clean covers exactly the same tasks as our weekly service — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bins. It's a standard clean with no commitment. A Home Reset goes deeper — inside the microwave, behind appliances, full descaling, skirting boards, light fittings, and more. If your home is well-maintained and just needs a professional refresh, a one-off clean is perfect. If it needs a proper deep clean, go for the Home Reset.

Yes — many clients start with a one-off clean to try the service, then move to weekly or fortnightly. Just let us know and we'll set up a recurring schedule. Your one-off clean booking count also counts toward your loyalty discount milestones.

When you select your areas, our calculator estimates how long each one takes based on industry cleaning standards. It then recommends the ideal number of hours for your selections. You can choose fewer hours if you prefer — but you'll need to acknowledge that not all areas may be completed. Your cleaner will always work through your priority areas first.

Minimum hours depend on your property size — from 2 hours for a studio or 1-bed flat, up to 4 hours for a 5-bed house. This ensures your cleaner has enough time to do a proper job. The rate is always £24 per hour regardless of property type.

Your cleaner will always work through your selected areas in priority order and stop at your booked time. If you selected more areas than your hours can cover, you'll be informed before booking and asked to acknowledge this. To ensure everything gets done, we always recommend booking the hours our calculator suggests.

Eden At Home's monthly clean starts at £62 for a 1-bedroom flat and £120 for a 3-bedroom house. Prices include all cleaning products and equipment. A monthly clean is a recurring commitment — you get the same cleaner every month on a fixed schedule, and you're billed monthly. It's slightly cheaper per visit than a one-off because we can plan around your schedule. A one-off clean is a single booking with no follow-up. If you want regular monthly help without a long-term contract, the monthly clean is the better choice — you can pause or cancel with 48 hours notice.

No — a monthly clean covers the same tasks as our weekly service (surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bins). It is a standard clean, not a deep clean. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a long time, we'd recommend starting with a Home Reset deep clean first, then moving to a monthly maintenance clean to keep it at that standard.

Tidy & Reset starts at £30/hour as an add-on. A one-room declutter is £70, two rooms £130, and a Full Home Declutter + Clean adds £180 to your calculated clean price.
